Chili’s is a restaurant having its branches in Hyderabad serving Mexican Cuisine. The coolest and pretty costly place to visit. A place for perfect date, get together with old friends and for family lunch – Chili’s for sure would be liked by all. It is more of a casual dine restaurant, so the elderly crown might not prefer.
I fell in love with this restaurant at the first visit. During Diwali season, after hectic shopping at Inorbit Mall with my sister we dropped in here for Lunch. Talking about the ambiance, it is a small place, can manage to cater for around 50 guests at a time. Staff were considerably more ready to serve the best with a smile. Colorful combination of red and green decor enhances the beauty of the place. It took me some time to go through the menu as it offered varied range of dishes, from Mexican, American to Tex-Mex, Hand crafted drinks, Premium Margaritas, Beer Pitcher, Salads , Hand Crafted Burger and Perfect Deserts. Having too many options but considering time, we finalized on Lemonade, Cilantro Pesto Pasta with cottage cheese and Chicken Tacos. This was the first time I was trying Mexican Cuisine so was slightly spectacle about the order. To our surprise, what came to the table was Heaven. It looked delightful. Before taking the first bite, I was impressed with the presentation and the service.
Cilantro Pesto Pasta was creamy, cheesy , full of cottage cheese and hot- Exactly how I prefer my pasta to be. Pasta was served with Garlic Bread. Quantity was sufficient for two. But since both of us were very hungry we went on to our next dish. Chicken Tacos.
Chicken Tacos is soft flour tortillas stuffed with grilled chicken, honey –chipotle and mayonnaise. Served with rice and baked beans curry topped with capsicum and onions. The more I describe, I will be tempted to visit Chili’s right away and my work won’t permit it. I am sure the picture will do the honors.
I definitely had to visit the place again. With friends I opted Chili’s 
twice after my first visit. Chicken Tacos remained my favorite. On my next visits I ordered Crumb Fried Fish and Chips. Fish is my all-time favorite. People who are fish lovers MUST try this dish. Mouth-watering and fills your hunger completely. It has two big Vietnamese Basa (Fish) fried with bread crumbs and southwestern spices. This is served hot with French Fries and Jalapeno sauce. This order remains standard for all my visits. Personally I feel the food is slightly over priced, but I don’t shelling out for such amazing food.
